Role & responsibilities
To deliver a groundbreaking learning platform designed to revolutionise the way users approach their professional development. The solution should consolidate all training methods and courses from across the businesses in one accessible location, empowering users to self-regulate their training and career progression. With personalised training suggestions and valuable key data, users can make informed decisions about their learning paths, ensuring they stay on track to achieve their career goals.
As the Lead Product Designer, I was brought in to spearhead the experience and visual aspects of the project. My goal was to improve the user experience, streamline the company wide self-learning process, and increase employee engagement. I led a team of three experience designers, a product manager, and two developers.
Discovery & Research

We created wireframes and interactive prototypes, which we tested with a sample group of 25 users.

Initial feedback revealed that simplifying the learning process made the experience feel “smoother and quicker.”

​Collaboration:
I worked closely with the designers, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure the design aligned with technical feasibility, the needs of the business as well as being easy to use and visually appealing to end users. We iterated quickly, adjusting the design based on user feedback and developer input.
