I'm a Product Design Director with over two decades of experience leading design at the intersection of strategy, research, and craft. I've shaped digital products and experiences for some of the world's most recognised organisations, from Legal & General and AstraZeneca to BT Global, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Jaguar Land Rover. Across fintech, healthcare, enterprise technology, luxury, education and automotive. I am currently focused on helping organisations integrate AI into design operations, building workflows that accelerate output without sacrificing strategic depth.
I work at Director level across in-house, agency, start-ups, and consultancy engagements, embedded alongside teams, accountable for the quality and direction of the work, and focused on outcomes that matter beyond the screen.

Taking ownership of the end-to-end user experience on a product — from research and wireframing through to final UI — often stepping in as a senior design lead on projects where the client lacks that level of seniority in-house.
